The staff are usually pretty good at this location. The cars haven’t been cleaned the past two rentals.
This car had a nasty smell that required cleaning and air freshening by my family, along with leaving a crack in the windows for a few days to clear the smell for the rest of our weeklong rental.
The manager helped a little by giving a credit for the trouble toward a future rental, and the team is often shorthanded, so I understand. If not for the location, we would probably rent someplace else, since the experience is consistent.

In Fremont office they all take lunch at the same time and you could be waiting for at least an hour !
The online access is very easy but in office the customer service is lacking

Day 2 of my rental the "Needs Service"…
Day 2 of my rental the "Needs Service" indicator came on.
When picking the car up, I had to sit there for half an hour to just to get to the counter person (only 1 person ahead of me). Then they had to wash and vacuum the care before they could give it to me, which took almost another half an hour ... painful.

Unfriendly staff and dirty car
The staff was not very friendly and refused me to pick the car even though I am the President's Circle member. The car was super dirty as well and the staff refused to change it saying all the other vehicles I saw in the parking lot were assigned to other customers.
