Great service and a great selection of vehicles. The only issue I’ve experienced is when changing my payment method. There always seems to be a problem with my card when I’m trying to close out my account. Aside from that, I’ve had a very positive experience overall.

Thanks for being in Boulder, Hertz!!!
I can’t say enough good things about this Hertz location! The service is consistently prompt, friendly, and genuinely welcoming. The staff are incredibly nice and make the whole rental process easy and stress-free.
But honestly, one of the best things about this location is having a Hertz right here in the community. It’s close by, convenient, and actually within walking distance for me. That is such a huge benefit! It feels like having a local neighborhood rental car agency rather than having to make the trek all the way out to DIA every time you need a car.
Being able to walk over, pick up a car, and get on my way without dealing with airport traffic, parking, shuttles, and the chaos of DIA is an absolute relief. It’s a small convenience that makes a huge difference.
The team here is friendly, professional, and clearly takes pride in providing great service to the local community. I really appreciate having a Hertz location that feels like a part of the neighborhood. Please keep this location around — local, convenient, friendly car rental is something worth appreciating!

Still missing points from reservation…
Still missing points from reservation 651183584. Missing points on website doesn't work; chat is not helpful - told me to ask agent at rental office - they could not help. Gave me a phone # for Gold members cut me off when trying to speak with an agent. Very frustrated with Hertz right now

We had to contact multiple times because the people we talked with kept trying to sell us on things - we just wanted our money returned!

Terrible experience with Boulder Hertz and shady business practices
Hertz in Boulder rented me a Jeep with a broken mirror on a one way trip to Albuquerque and tried to stick me will paying the bill to fix it. Their pre inspection photos did not show the mirror and they did not make a note of it. When I saw it I asked them if they knew about it and the sales guy said, yes, that is why we are sending it to Albuquerque, because we do not want to fix it. Good thing I took pictures of it broken mirror and Jeep sitting outside the Hertz and took pictures of the odometer, otherwise I would have been charged. In addition the entire drive the check oil light was on. Not a good experience to say the least.
