Slow shipping, bad customer service
I ordered a bathing suit because it was on sale. The next day they asked me to confirm my address. I confirmed and then didn't hear anything. After emailing twice, I finally had to call. I paid for 2 day express shipping and they took 4 days to confirm my address. Incredibly unhelpful customer service. I asked them to escape the issue and I still have not heard back. Disappointing, slow, and unresponsive. If you need reliable shipping and returns, I would not recommend.

We understand how frustrating this was, particularly after selecting expedited shipping for a time-sensitive order.
The order was placed on Sunday, July 5, immediately following the holiday weekend, when our warehouse and customer service teams were working through several days of accumulated orders and messages. An address verification issue also required the order to be placed on hold before it could safely ship.
Expedited shipping applies once an order has completed processing, but we recognize that the delay in confirming the address and responding to your follow-up messages made the experience feel unreliable.
We appreciate the feedback and regret that the timing of the holiday backlog and address review created such a disappointing experience.

Easy Return and good product
One of the bras was perfect and I was able to return the other bra and purchase a second of the first bra which is just what i needed! The product was perfect!

Shipped and arrived quickly but wrong size. I tried to chat to discuss with a customer service rep but no one ever joined. Then I arranged online for an exchange but looks like it was processed as a return and no notification of replacements being sent.

Exchange requests are processed once the returned item is received and inspected. If the requested replacement is unavailable at that time, the exchange may be canceled and refunded instead.

I have different size bra than the average woman. It’s always hard for me to find what I am looking for Her Room even has an online “quiz” to help you make sure you are getting the right size. I was looking for a swim bra and the one I ordered fits perfectly and arrived so quickly. I definitely recommend this vendor.

Terrible customer service
I started out by Googling my favorite bra, and this website came up as having it. I was excited that it was available in a pretty color and on sale! I verified that it was in the United States, so no crazy shipping fees, and ordered the exact same size as I already own. When I received it, I was shocked that it wasn't an H, but a K. I called customer service and was told that it was my fault, that I didn't learn how to order from this website first, and read and use the universal sizing system! I literally looked up the exact bra I wanted, and ordered it, but then when I was mailed the wrong one, which I paid to have shipped to me, I had to pay another $7.50 to return it. I will gladly not be ordering anything from here again.**** I just finally received my refund, well after the allotted time period stated when I called to inquire about it. It magically appeared in my account and I received the email as I was on the phone. Except it was for less than the full amount expected. I questioned the math of the return amount, and was told that I was not getting refunded for my original shipping. OK, but the numbers still don't add up! I guess when telephone operators have the ability to push trough late refunds, and say they were done several days earlier, it's probably a good idea to use a calculator to check the math for the refund. My bank shows exactly when it happens. Poor customer service.

This particular style uses UK sizing, which differs from standard US sizing. The UK size designation is shown on the product page and during the size-selection process, but we recognize that international sizing can still be easy to overlook when ordering a familiar style.
The item sent matched the size selected on the order, and our standard return-label fee applied when it was returned. We appreciate your feedback and are always looking for ways to make international sizing information even clearer for customers.

Usually better service than this time
Overall HerRoom has excellent service. In this case, the Prima Donna bra was at least 2" too small in the band by normal sizing standards. In instances like this, the customer shouldn't have to pay for return shipping.
