Trying to return 2 bras
Trying to return 2 bras . Same stlye number , 2 different sizes. Ordered at 2 different times. Tried them on once. Tags and everything are still intact . Reason for return: Fit for both of them. I can’t find the orders anymore. I have order number for 1 bra but not the other . I need help processing this return.
I spoke with Flora at HerRoom on 7/8/26. She was less than helpful. So I muddled my way through one return but not the other. And as I said, now I can’t find either bra.
I need some help doing returns for both items. Please

Delivery longer than expected SPAM Galore
Delivery took longer than expected. Product is ok. What is NOT OK is the on-going spam emails I received from them and curiously from companies I never heard of since my purchase. I will be blocking.

Poor product quality
I have only had this bra for 2 weeks and found a hole in it yesterday. Have washed on delicate and not placed in the dryer. Am very disappointed in the quality of this product. I would welcome a representative of this company to reach out to me via e mail to provide a refund or at the very least a replacement.

We understand how disappointing it is to find damage after only a short time.
This bra is labeled for hand washing, and machine washing—even on a delicate cycle—can damage the fabric, seams, and lace. Because the care instructions were not followed, the item would not be eligible for a refund or replacement.
