Mi opinión es bastante mala, compre la bici helliot urban y vino arañada, bollada y cuando fui a ponerla a punto vi que los cambios eran malisimos y nefastos, sin marca, con tornillos de ajuste de pesima calidad, En web chinas ni se venden. El ajuste de la tija al sillin de los años 80, Lo unico que merece la pena es el color. Dicen tener departamento de incidencias y ya me he quejado a este sin respuesta. Ahora que ven la queja en redes sociales publican desatinada mente. He tenido que aportar factura de compra , mi DNI porque helliot decía que yo estaba haciendo un comentario falso. No hay más cera que la que arde. Helliot mal empresa, malos productos, infinitamente peores que los chinos. Devualvanme el dinero y quedese con su pésima bici

La bici è all’altezza delle mie aspettative, leggera e di poco ingombro. Comprata per usarla quando siamo via col camper. Unica pecca sono stati i freni che facevano rumore e non frenavano molto, ma con l’aiuto di un amico competente ho risolto.

A pior compra da minha vida. Quando recebi a bike, vinha toda riscada, com peças danificadas e o quadro rachado! Pésimo servicio y producto. Me llegó la bici en mal estado, y, como tardan en responder, llevé la bici a un taller para que la arreglasen, después de esto, usé la bici por segunda vez y se rompió la cadena. No quieren hacerse cargo del arreglo que le hice.

NO CONTESTAN CORREOS, NI WHATSAPP, Y PASAN DE REALIZAR BIEN SU SERVICIO Y VENDEN UN PRODUCTO QUE ENVÍAN MAL

SI PODÉIS COMPRAR UNA BICICLETA EN OTRA PÁGINA WEB, HACÉIS BIEN.

Helliot bike, est une entreprise des aventuriers qui vendent des produits mal fixés,difficile à ensembler par manque de vis c.à.d vis incomplet et mal serrer dans de coins difficile à acceder.
Bref, je
vous invites à bien reflechir avant d'acheter. Contact et retour difficile. Il faut boycoté cette entreprise des incompetant et mafia.il vende de marchandise utiliser à la place du nouveau.

El patinete muy bien, pero llevo más de 3 semanas esperando una respuesta ya que me quedé sin cargador. He llamado, escrito correos y WhatsApp y todavía sigo esperando a que se pongan en contacto conmigo. La atención al cliente pésima

Een mountainbike vouwfiets besteld. Nadat we deze besteld hadden, was hij opeens een stuk goedkoper op de site. We kregen al geen bevestiging via de e-mail. Toch kwam de fiets gelukkig aan. Op mailtjes werd namelijk niet gereageerd. Maar de fiets is levensgevaarlijk om op te fietsen, het frame is heel slap. De wielen hebben een soort grove plastic spaken, je kunt de wielen met je handen buigen. De remmen werken ook niet. Ook niet na stellen. We hebben de fiets naar de fietsenmaker gebracht, zijn advies was om er niet op te fietsen. Teveel speling op alles. Kortom een levensgevaarlijke fiets! Na 1 regen buitje buiten is alles al aan het roesten.

Absolute kein Kauf Empfehlung.
Mein Fahrrad Händler hat sich geweigert das Fahrrad anzufassen, aus versicherungstechnischen Gründen.
Das Produkt ist verkehrsunsicher und ziemlich billig verarbeitet dazu noch.
Raus geworfenes Geld..

Alla fine non ho di che lamentarmi… non sarà il top ma il rapporto tra qualità e prezzo credo sia imbattibile

He comprado una bicicleta de montaña plegable hammer 02 que estaba en outlet, el anuncio decía que la bici tenia cambio Shimano y que podía ser arañada de algunas formas porque era la que mostraban en la tienda.Me entregaron otra bicicleta hammer 02 que de todas formas parecía nueva en su caja pero tiene algunos problemas.La suspensión delantera dañada,el soporte para el manillar roto y de CAMBIO SHIMANO NI LA SOMBRA.He enviado un whatsapp sabado 12 junio 2021pero después de una semana todavía no me contestaron.Tuve que gastar 60 euros mas para repararla y de todas maneras la suspensión queda con defecto.Producto muy poco recomendable y todavía no he empezado a usarla...

The website and bikes are fraud, they buy them on Alibaba or Wish for 20€ each and sell for 150-200€. The bike is really worth 20€.

I bought a fixie bike. Not expensive. The bike arrived with brakes left right switched. Rest was good. Very nice paintjob. Bike brakes a bit cheap quality but as expected with a cheap bike :-) it was heavyer as advertised 10kg instead of 7,5kg But it rides good! I am mostly satisfied.

Gdzie znajde ten sklep? Czy tylko internetowo można zamówić? Wolałbym tam jechać.

La Fixie Brooklyn tiene peor calidad que si fuese de Aliexpress. Ya al abrirla los adhesivos de las llantas vienen despegados. Los ajustes son débiles y se rompen enseguida. Le suena todo, no ofrece la más mínima seguridad. Mejor no comprar nada o ahorrar más dinero y comprar en cualquier otro sitio antes que en Helliot porque es TIRAR EL DINERO.
