I am impressed with the way Heaven on Earth Fruit Trees care for their plants & also for their customers.
My 3 fruit trees arrived in excellent condition but I was also quite impressed with the leaflets they sent. They explained how to care for the plants once received & how to care for them after one month.
This is the first time I have received such detailed information regarding how to care for a plant.
There was a mistake with one of the fruit trees. I received the Lemonade instead of the Lemon Meyer.
They promptly responded that I should keep the Lemonade & they’ll send me the Lemon Meyer.
I would highly recommend this company.

This relates to the response from customer service not the fruit trees they sell.
The fruit trees are good quality and sent quickly and in good condition.
My experience with customer service adhere asking a simple question related to two near identical plants resulted in a patronising, curt and dismissive response. They could do a lot better.
