First time ordering from this company and I’m very impressed. I saved $68 compared to where I normally buy my skincare products, so I was already happy before the package even arrived!
The ordering process was easy, shipping was super fast, and their return policy is excellent (although i didnt use that service). What really stood out to me was the customer service — they actually reached out to thank me for my order, which was such a nice touch. That kind of attention is rare these days.
I’ll definitely be ordering again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for skincare products.

Wedoskin is the only source I have found that will ship Coola spray sunscreen this year. Products were as expected and delivery was timely.

We had a devastating house fire recently which caused me to have to reimagine/replace all of my most beloved beauty and skin care items.

Wedoskin not only had all the top tier skin care items in one place, but also an enormous selection with which to choose from. Shipping was fast and when a small error occurred the wedoskin team jumped to fix it with an expedited response and $50 dollar voucher towards giving them another chance to make it right.

Within 24hrs they had 1) Acknowledged the problem. 2) Fixed the problem and sent a $50 voucher for any inconvenience they may have caused. That’s a company that will create lifelong users based on great customer service.

At first I was confused by the purchasing,and remain so.Lack of communication regarding no shipping yet items paid in full.However though frustrating it was handled with validation and apologies and every attempt to make up for the rocky start.I was extremely pleased,and will confidently continue to purchase from them.

I placed my order on April 2, and until May 4 there was no shipping update at all. I contacted customer service several times by email and text, and every time I was told the order would ship “tomorrow” or “this weekend,” but it never did.
This experience has been extremely disappointing and mentally exhausting. I understand delays can happen, but repeatedly giving inaccurate shipping promises without any real update is very frustrating and unprofessional.
I hope the company improves communication and transparency with customers in the future.
