Very disappointed with the level of contact
I was put off by the sheer number of calls I was receiving from Heath Crawford every day. Eventually, I answered the phone simply to politely ask for my details to be removed from their contact list, as I no longer wished to be contacted.
Unfortunately, the response I received from Jerome was very unprofessional. Rather than simply dealing with my request, he started counting the number of times they had called me that day. Low and behold, it turned out to be five calls in one day.
I find this level of repeated calling excessive, particularly when someone is clearly asking not to be contacted anymore. I was polite when making my request and expected the same level of professionalism in return.
Overall, the experience has left a very poor impression of Heath Crawford, and the way my request was handled only added to my frustration

Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry that the frequency of our calls caused you frustration.
We have listened to the call you refer to and can confirm that you had received five calls from us that day. We agree that this was excessive and have raised this internally.
We also appreciate that, when you asked not to be contacted again, we could have handled the conversation better. Our adviser was trying to understand and respond to your concern by checking the number of calls that had been made, but we recognise that this wasn't what you needed at that point. We should simply have apologised for the level of contact, confirmed that your request would be actioned and brought the call to a close.
We’re sorry that this left you with a poor impression of Heath Crawford. Your feedback has been shared with the team and will be used to improve how we handle both our contact frequency and requests from customers who no longer wish to hear from us.
