I can’t recommend heart bridal enough, the ladies are amazing in there. They knew what would suit me and made me feel incredible. The range they have there is such a good variety to so I loved the fact I could try on different styles and have some fun with it to.
We got married on the 18th May 2024 and I had so many comments on how gorgeous my dress was. I wish I could turn back time and wear it all over again.
I can’t thank you ladies enough for making me feel so special on my day.

I just wanted to message and say a huge thank you! I came in on Saturday and found the most amazing wedding dress! It's so different to anything I have seen before and I cannot wait to wear it!! My mum passed 2 years ago and was feeling anxious about doing it but you made me feel so comfortable and I'm really grateful for that. May your little business keep on flourishing! Cannot recommend Heart Brides enough…the professional service, honest opinions, advice and expertise were outstanding. The selection and choice of dresses was amazing. They made the whole experience of trying on dresses so relaxed and very special. To say that I found my perfect dress is an understatement…I love it and cannot wait to wear it next summer at my wedding. 100% recommend Heart Brides💕

I visited heart brides back in 2019, when they were mobile. We were having an abroad wedding, Circumstances changed, and we wanted our family there, so I no longer needed a dress. Well here I am again looking for a dress, I hadn’t found one in our local area, so I took a little drive and went to visit heart brides again. They were fantastic, not pushy and very relaxed. Everything was on your terms, but they were very helpful in their knowledge of taking on board what you liked, about each dress. Once they got a rough guide on my style, they went round and selected dresses they thought would suit best and within my budget. Unfortunately they wasn’t the dresses, I told myself I’ll have one last little look round, and I picked out a style we hadn’t tried and wasn’t really what I thought was ‘me’. Well… I was shocked! It was THE Dress! It took myself, the staff and my guests all by surprise. I can honestly say both visits, was an absolute pleasure, Very friendly and welcoming business, I would recommend anyone to go there a try on their dresses, they have such a wide dress range of dresses and sizes too! I couldn’t recommend heart brides enough, I know a few people getting married and I’m going to recommend heart brides to them, such a fabulous experience. Thank you!

Heart Brides were so warm and welcoming. I was super anxious before I walked in the doors but was welcomed by a lovely lady who introduced herself and told me about how they work and got us stuck in straight away. I didn’t feel uncomfortable once and she found me some absolutely stunning dresses- I imagined liking some but not absolutely falling in love!! I left with the dress of my dreams and the biggest smile on my face. I can’t thank all the team enough for the help and support throughout the whole experience and for all the compliments that were thrown at me during my appointment. I can’t wait to collect my dress and for my big day now! 😍

I cant recommend Heart Brides Ely enough! The ladies have been amazing from the first point of contact to the appointment and purchasing of the dress.
I was not rushed, got to try and on lots of dresses and made to feel so comfortable.

Can not recommend enough! A curvy bride who was sleepless and extremely nervous about wedding dress shopping I left the place feeling like a princess. After listening to my long list of worries the ladies helped me pick out a dress, they were friendly, helpful and completely natural. Honestly worth all the travel if you are near or far as I haven't stopped recommending them since my visit!

cannot thank you enough for making me feel so comfortable and making my first experience trying on dresses not as daunting as I thought it be! So many lovely dresses in the bigger sizes, definitely worth a visit!

I was a bit apprehensive about going to try wedding dresses but we were made very welcome by the ladies at Heart Brides. I chose 5/6 dresses from the rails and one of the ladies helped me to get dressed, advised what alterations would be needed and went to get other dresses of the style I liked to try on. They also suggested veils and hair accessories for me to try on with the dress I bought. It was a pleasurable experience and I would definitely recommend Heart Brides for wedding dresses and accessories. They also gave me contact details for a local seamstress. Thank you ladies x

Like most brides I had an idea of what I wanted but wanted to be sure.
Heart Brides were amazing. The listened to me and selected 5 dresses that followed my spec but in different styles. As soon as I stepped into the dress we were one! I was still over a year away from my wedding so even though I cried in this masterpiece my head said no you must try more.
I left with the dress floating around in my head. I dreamt about her that night and then panicked that I’d loose her. I called the next day and asked for them not to sell. Although it’s not policy they put her aside and that weekend I was able to go back and buy her and take her home.
I didn’t have one regret!

I really can’t thank Heart Brides enough for finding me the dress of my dreams and turning me into a princess!!

Couldn't recommend heart brides enough, as soon as we was welcomed at the door they made me feel at ease and comfortable, I went in with not much of an idea of what I wanted and come out with my dream dress 😍. Zoie went above and beyond for me, and the experience itself was something I had dreamed of, lots of smiles,laughs and I'll remember it forever. Absolutely stunning inside and the dresses are gorgeous I felt like a princess while I was in there

What a fantastic day! The staff were fantastic, so supportive and really made the effort to make me feel special. I found my dream dress and couldn’t be happier! Looking forward to picking it up in a few weeks time :)

This place is just a slice of heaven! From the moment I walked in and was welcomed i new it was going to be a positive experience! So said so done.Heart Brides had a lovely selection of dresses including *Plus Size* which sold this visit too me.So many different styles and designs it was just amazing.The customer service was no doubt 5* and I would a 100 percent reccomend Heart Brides.It was everything I hoped it would be.And most importantly I said YES to the dress!! Thank you so much to Heart Brides! I never thought I'd be made to feel like a bride and I'd end up just having to settle with a dress because I'd look horrible in everything. The staff were absolutely wonderful, we laughed and joked, they made me feel at ease and like I was worth it. They helped with my disabled maid of honour too, and nothing was too much trouble. Great selection of dresses and offered advise on how changes could be made. 5* service, I've already recommended to many brides to be and will continue

I had an incredible experience with Heart Brides in my search for finding THE dress. 💖
From the moment I walked in the door everyone was so friendly, kind and helpful, they made me feel so special, giving me the first real taste of what it’s like being a bride. I’m not really a soppy person but the whole experience was pretty magical, I had a wonderful time.
Their prices range from £99 - £1200 so you know before walking in that you won’t have to down grade your choice of dress because of a price tag.
I 100% recommend Heart Brides to any and all future brides as the place to find your dream dress.

Hearts Brides was the first shop I went to and I wasn't expecting to buy a dress that day, however when you know you know! The ladies in the shop were so helpful and made me feel completely relaxed and I didn't once feel under any pressure to buy. I could just try on many dresses as I wanted and they helped to work out what suited me and what I was liking all very discreetly, they definitely know their stuff and I would highly recommend them. There was a lot of choice of dresses and accessories, they gave me advice for alterations and even on the lovely silk flowers in the shop. A big thank you for making the experience so special.

The ladies at heart Brides were truly amazing. Such a warm welcome and made me feel special. Would highly recommend. Dresses are all beautiful and so many to choose from. Prices to suit everyone. I said yes to the dress at heart Brides and our wedding on 26th August 2023 was truly amazing with so many lovely comments about my dress. Can’t thank you all enough.
