I bought one of the Listenmore cables when they were first introduced. When I saw that a balanced version was now available, in Green mind you my favorite color, and it was my birthday I could not resist. Headphones.com shipped it next day delivery at no extra cost and it arrived in perfect condition. It does just as the previous cable did and elevated the quality of my headphone's sound.

I'm still waiting on my package, it was once delayed on your end because they weren't told in shipping of the order, now delayed because of FedEx

After an initial mixup, customer service was extremely responsive. They asked me to wait a while so they could make it right. While I was waiting, they kept in touch. When the new correct headphone arrived. It was in excellent shape, better than I had hoped for.

My experience with headphones.com wasn’t great. I pre-ordered the HDB 630, and on the day they were supposed to ship, I checked on the status and messaged them. They told me the headphones would ship that night, but that didn’t happen. I messaged them again the next day, and they said they’d check with the shipping department and get back to me. It wasn’t until I followed up again that I learned they had messed up and sold all the headphones without fulfilling my pre-order. They gave me a $50 gift card, but that doesn’t make it right—I just wanted my headphones.

My order of open box Sennheiser HD600 headphones arrived in dreadful condition, but April was able to quickly arrange a replacement, which arrived only a couple days later, in perfect condition. This is a great company with fantastic people working for it. All my purchases have been handled with efficiency, all my questions have been answered fully, and all my interactions with people at the company have been exemplary. I highly recommend Headphones.com!

Very good customer service, responded to emails very fast

I was sent the wrong item. I received my shipment today, opened the box to find gaming headphones. My use is for a home recording studio which is why I bought the Sennhisers. Someone internally switched out a cheap pair of headphones that they don't even carry in a box where there were supposed to be new Sennheisers. They have contacted me and indicated they would be sending me the correct headphones. If that in fact happens, I would add another star to this review.

These guys are legit, and their YouTube channel is absolutely top-tier! I really love what they’re doing. I just wish there were more options and brand names available in the shop — but overall, it's a great store!

Great price on discounted product. Fast delivery with tracking updates. Would have been nice to know the headphones included a 4.3 mm cable instead of the XLR cable that is advertised as the additional cable.

I had gotten a set of Sennheiser Accentum's in from their clearance sale. They had a VERY funky odor on them, so bad even the shipping box reeked of it. To their credit, and hence the 2 stars, they allowed a return (not normally allowed on clearance sale items) and sent out another set from the same warehouse in Washington State, they even supposedly opened them and confirmed no odor this time....I got them in today and without even opening the shipping box that same musky/moldy smell was there. I didn't even bother to open it up. The smell is very offensive to me and I wont subject myself to it again. To confirm it wasn't me, I had a few friends smell the shipping box and they smell it too. They seem like nice folks here, pity the stuff they sell literally stinks. I hope they get this fixed, and soon.

Amazing selection of products, great customer service and great prices, what else can you ask for. They are a very trusted company in my opinion since they've been doing it for years. Also got a great youtube channel to teach you about audio stuff.

I took advantage of the (annual?) clearance sale for 3 items. 1 not very expensive and two that were up there. Even though they were pretty heftily discounted, the headphones.com team was on the ball when it came to responding and getting my items shipped to me as soon as possible. Taron and Andrew have put together a top notch team and run an excellent hifi organization. I can't recommend headphones.com and their people highly enough!
