I have purchased the Sennheiser IE900 at a warehouse sale. The headphones were new and came in the original, unopened box at a price way below retail. A great bargain!

Very cheap price. Very fast delivery. Very friendly staff. What more can you ask?

I purchased an item (cable) during the sale. The item was "open box." Upon receiving it, it may have been opened, bur maybe just to show someone the item. All wire ties and protective sleeves were still in place. It did not appear to have even been unwound. Extremely happy with the purchase, especially at the sale price. All staff were also helpful with communications. There was a small glitch with shipping, which delayed my recieving it by a day. It was on UPS and no fault of Headphones. A big Thank You to all.

I ordered a "open box" Cobalt Dragonfly DAC and received it promptly. Upon first usage I plugged my headphone jack into the DAC and discovered it was broken. Disappointed, I went online and your chat service took my info. Several hours later I was notified with an apology that a new Cobalt DAC was on it's way to me. Sure enough in a couple of days it arrived and I am now loving it. Very impressed. Fantastic customer service! Bravo!

The headphones.com customer service team provides by far the best e-commerce customer service experience I’ve ever seen. I had some frustrating issues with USPS due to a change of address near the ship date of my pre-order, and the team was amazingly responsive, understanding, and helpful.

In this day and age, I also cannot express how refreshing it is to be able to reach a REAL KNOWLEDGEABLE PERSON through an online chat feature within a matter of minutes. Through my email interactions I worked with at least three team members and they were uniformly awesome to interact with.

I look forward to ordering from headphones.com soon, and will do so any time they stock an audio product I’m interested in.

Transactions are easy, and support team is great. Product arrived quickly.
Only gripe is that the product description was slightly off. The listing used the wrong product image, and the description didn’t include the model number, manufacture date, or any information identifying what version of the product I’d be purchasing. This could be an issue for some buyers (in my case, it wasn’t as important).
Overall though I’m very satisfied. Hopefully they will be restocking products more once the tariff situation settles down.

I signed up for the waitlist for Crinear Daybreak headphones and everything went smoothly. I paid half up front, the other half automatically withdrew when they came into stock, and they shipped quickly. Everything was in order and I'm very happy with my purchase.

Fantastic experience

Lovely website to use, checkout was easy and shipping was quick.

This was my first purchase from Headphones.com. My research and purchase experience with them was very positive. My initial contact was with Sam, to consider an Open Box Burson Soloist 3X Performance amp. Sam was patient, responsive and thorough in educating me on the Soloist and attentive throughout out the procurement process.

The Soloist was shipped to my home via UPS. The communication and status was excellent throughout the shipping and delivery process. Packing, shipping and delivery took about a week from California. I picked the Soloist up from my local UPS store and immediately unpacked it to begin checking it out. Unfortunately, the Soloist had an inoperable right channel upon delivery.

When I discovered the right channel issue, I engaged Alan since Sam was on vacation. Alan stepped up, walked me through various diagnostic procedures to verify the right channel was inoperable. He then offered a replacement for the Soloist and immediately issued an RMA label after describing the return process. Since the replacement was so an open box unit, I asked Alan to ensure the replacement Soloist was fully operational before shipping it to me. He committed to having the replacement sent from the warehouse to him, so he could test and verify its operation before shipping it to me. I greatly appreciated that. Upon receiving the replacement open box Soloist, it was fully operational and in excellent condition.

I also solicited advice from Alan on the benefits of a pairing a DAC with the Soloist, and requested a recommendation. Alan offered a Topping E70 Open Box, but after some research, I decided to go with an open box Topping D70 Pro Sabre DAC. I can’t wait to try it out. The D70 research reflects excellent performance with the Soloist.

Kudos to both Sam and Alan for representing Headphones.com so well. I also appreciate the customer service followup from Andrew Lissimore, the CEO of Headphones.com. I won't hesitate in purchasing from Headphones.com in the future.

The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and just all around solid with helping me get setup with new headphones. 10/10 will buy again from them.
