I am thrilled to share my overwhelmingly positive experience working with Head Office 3 on our recent office fit-out project. From the very beginning, they proved to be an exceptional partner, guiding us through each stage of the process and providing invaluable support and expertise.
Head Office 3's involvement from the initial concept was instrumental in shaping the success of our project. They took the time to thoroughly understand our vision, goals, and requirements, ensuring that every aspect of the fit out aligned with our needs. Their ability to translate our ideas into a practical and aesthetically pleasing design was truly remarkable.
What truly stood out about our experience with Head Office 3 was the peace of mind they provided throughout the entire project. They flawlessly managed every aspect, sparing us any worries or concerns. From coordinating with third parties, (sometimes challenging ones), to handling permits and regulatory requirements, they expertly navigated the complexities of the process, allowing us to focus on our core business operations.
Head Office 3's attention to detail and commitment to excellence was evident at every stage of the project. Their skilled team of professionals, in particular their project manager Mark Devenish, ensured that each element of the fit out was meticulously executed.
Throughout the project, Head Office 3 provided unparalleled support and guidance. They maintained open lines of communication, keeping us informed of progress, milestones, and any necessary adjustments. It was evident that they genuinely cared about our satisfaction and worked tirelessly to ensure our complete contentment with the final result.

We used Headoffice Interiors to upgrade and rebuild our old office space, into a spacious, modern, enjoyable place to work. The design team were absolutely brilliant, giving us innovative ideas whilst incorporating what we needed to make our offices be the best they could be. They put in a glass frontage, which gives us a lot of natural light throughout the day, and a balcony which enables us to have good interaction between both floors.
Through their works it also enabled us to have the best facilities we could for the staff, including the canteen area which has a variety of different seating, along with 2 microwaves, 2 ovens, 2 dishwashers, plus much more.
For such great quality work and hand holding through the design process, you would expect the prices to be extortionate, however they were very reasonable.

6 years on and we are still extremely happy with the fit-out, and the quality is evident with little disrepair.

Fast turnaround on commercial refurbishment project

Our experience with this company has been they are very thorough, great communication and follow through along with fab designs.

HeadOffice3 carried out construction works on a project I was recently overseeing for my client. The works were carried out to an exceptionally high standard, within time frames agreed and most importantly to current building regulations. I would highly recommend HO3 for any construction project. Glen's attention to detail and communication were something I had never experienced with a construction project before this particular one. A pleasure to deal with!

Head office 3 ran my house renovation project. They provided an exceptionally friendly and reassuring service. They were always available to answer phone calls when I had any queries. However, the best thing about using HO3 was the knowledge that the project was completed with full compliance to all necessary building controls and specifications. Would absolutely recommend anyone who is thinking of doing renovations to use Head Office 3.

Headoffice3 were selected to manage our high end dream home project taking us through the journey from design concepts to onsite build timeline and building control compliance. They have consistently gone above and beyond. If you want a job doing on time and done properly then this is the team I would fully endorse and recommend.

Surprised to see the negative reviews. My experience of Head Office 3 is that if anyone can get a project to work financially these guys can. Their team are programmed to deliver high quality and conpliant residences on a budget by thinking outside the box. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

We have successfully completed a highly complex, listed building refurbishment in a very tight city centre location with HO3 and have sold 38/39 of the apartments within 12 months of going live, such is the quality of the workmanship. A very difficult site, with multiple stakeholders, HO3 navigated the entire detailed design process, applied for value add enhancements with the LPA and completed on time and on budget. In the interest of balance, there are naturally some minor decorative snags and defects, as is usual with any large construction site, but these are being dealt with very promptly and proactively by their dedicated aftercare team. We are actively assessing two new projects with HO3 and are looking forward to working with them again.

Having dealt with HO3 for approx. 18 months in connection with a major building refurbishment project I cannot commend them highly enough. They have always responded positively and in a timely manner when dealing with defects and repairs and in particular Paul Gardner has gone over and above to deliver a 1st class service. Thank you and well done HO3!!

Head Office 3 were the contractors that built our flat in the Milliners Bristol. As of Jan 2023, we are still unable to get a fire safety certificate for the building. So we are unable to sell or re-mortgage.

Purchased an apartment at the Milliners Bristol 2017.....subsequent Fire Safety Review suggests very poor build quality with flammable cladding and missing firebreaks which could result in a c £8m remediation bill and bankruptcy for many leasholders .....HO3 refuse to acknowledge any issues nor contribute to remediation despite having taken over £20m in sales revenue for the 109 apartments ......look forward to scouring HO3's accounts for Directors remuneration and bonuses - AVOID THIS DEVELOPER LIKE THE PLAGUE !!!

Fantastic experience with this company. Can't fault the customer service, attention to detail and the way the team work together to deliver homes that are stunning quality going out of the way to impress and take care of the tenants.

If you're considering buying an HO3 designed property read these reviews and take note. The evidence is clear. Avoid!

It's hard to overstate the misery that my family has experienced living in a building head office 3 built. If I could take it all back I would.

A devastating experience dealing with HO3.
No adherence to building or fire safety standards in their construction of the Milliners (Bristol) then a complete avoidance of their responsibility to remedy the defects. Think very carefully before purchasing one of their developments.

Head Office 3 insisted on the completion of the purchase of my apartments at The Milliners on 30 November 2017 without my having seen the interior of the actual apartment, and having only been allowed to see the show apartment. It was obvious on taking occupation that there were several outstanding issues, both in the apartment and the communal areas, some building work still being continued for some time, especially in the basement garage area, where there were also security issues. However, much worse was to come when it was revealed that The Milliners was involved in the cladding scandal following on from the Grenfell disaster which happened in June of that year, a situation which is still not resolved.
Head Office 3 are refusing to accept responsibility for the building defects, a fact that is somewhat contradicted by their continuing use of The Milliners to promote the Office-to-Residential section on their website, and are expecting the cost of the remedial work to be borne by the leaseholder.
They are definitely a developer to be avoided.

Bought my first home at The Milliners development in 2016, which HO3 developed. I was so full of hope and looking forward to my new flat. Fast forward 5 years and me and my fellow leaseholders are now caught square in the middle of the cladding crisis, which has highlighted flammable cladding as well as other fire safety issues at our building, all of which we feel HO3 could have prevented. HO3 indeed say "Our team pride themselves in delivering high quality projects, working and collaborating with our clients to deliver something special and always with the end solution and unrivalled value in mind." Instead we have been presented with a series of fire safety issues and a denial from HO3 of any responsibility regarding these issues (apparently all fire safety aspects met the regulations at the time...) and the impact they have had on leaseholders over the years, all of this post Grenfell. Please stay away from headoffice3.
