Had the best service from Kandy L. She was able to get us a home insurance policy perfect for our needs! Quick, efficient, and very professional!

I thought that every detail had been spelled out but, at the last minute learned there was a problem.
Problem was resolved and yet company did not issue policy as stated.
Regardless, we have insurance.

Excellent service. The lady we spoke to was very polite, helpful and quick to help us get home insurance.

My biggest difficulty with service was regarding the underwriter Peace Hills. While the HDF representative was cordial & requested much information from us potential customers, including our description of the unique situation of insuring our disabled daughter's house (neither parents live at), the HDF rep was unaware of Peace Hills view on situation. Further to that, Peace Hills did not understand that the house to insure is not a rental property or other business entity, thus resulting in denial of coverage. It seems as though communication between HDF & Peace Hills is quite limited, so they cancelled coverage based on a basic rule without trying to understand our situation. The annoying part is how we had to fill out an application, provide various info including our existing insurance, only to get a delayed negative result after our existing due date expired.

Poor service, bad communication. You took my money, then cancelled my insurance, and you still haven't refunded me yet!!!
