Hayward Moon Anmeldelser

This is the second property I have purchased using Hayward Moon, and once again I received excellent service throughout. The team kept me well informed and made the whole process straightforward. Kaylee and Karen have been especially helpful, responsive and reassuring, always taking the time to answer my questions and keep everything moving. I am a very happy repeat customer and would not hesitate to use Hayward Moon again or recommend them to others.

I found the conveyancing team very helpful in helping our transaction to reach its intended conclusion, particularly since I live overseas. Nothing was too much trouble and the information provided at every stage was always very clear and extremely professional. Thank you to all of the team involved.

I couldn't be happier with the conveyancing service provided by Kerryane and Emma at Hayward Moon. Leasehold transactions are notoriously complex, but they guided us through every step of due process with thoroughness and precision, reaching exchange of contracts in just over two months!

Communication was clear and efficient, making a complex legal process feel completely smooth. If you want a proactive, highly capable team, I strongly recommend Kerryane and Emma.

I would highly recommend Kerryanne pond.
Kerryanne handled the purchase of my new home professionally and kept me informed throughout the whole process

I really appreciate it.

This is the second time we have used Hayward Moon, and as before, they handled all the details effectively and professionally. They were always responsive and available immediately to answer any questions. Jessie was very proactive in making contact and ensuring éverything went smoothly. Their fees are transparent and fair. Would use them again and highly recommend them.

We just completed our re-mortgage and onward purchase of our new home. Hayward Moon were fantastic. Efficient, friendly, responsive, and attentive. They were always on the case, with proactive communication. I never needed to chase them for anything. Without doubt the best conveyancing team I have worked with. I dealt with Maja and Annabel, and I have already recommended them to my own clients.

Our experience with Shona at Hayward Moon has been so reassuring throughout the process. Her follow up work was outstanding and always on top of the brief.
Very prompt and perfectly professional.

I cannot speak highly enough of Haywood Moon, and in particular, Nick Moon. From start to finish, Nick went absolute miles above and beyond the call of duty to ensure my contract was completed and signed.
Moving home can so easily turn into a stressful process, but Nick’s tireless dedication, clear communication, and genuine care made all the difference. You rarely find this level of commitment and hands-on support nowadays, and I am so deeply grateful for everything he did to get this over the finish line.
I would recommend Nick and the team at Haywood Moon to anyone without a moment's hesitation. Absolutely exceptional from start to finish!
Thank you soooooooo much :-)

This is the second time we have used Hayward Moon.
Their service is second to none. Our contact Katie D'Souza was quick to help and reply to any questions we had. The whole process was smooth and stress free for us.
Highly recommend Hayward Moon
Carol and Dave

Extremely professional , quick, and accurate information at all times.
Jodie and Charlotte are a fantastic example of a legal team.

We would readily recommend the company, and especially the above staff members.

Incredible service, I genuinely couldn't have asked for anything extra.

A slightly premium cost but worth every penny. House buying is supposedly one of the most stressful things you can do in life but Shona made it effortless.

She was on top of everything from start to finish, she would constantly chase the seller's solicitor without us needing to ask and just gave us immense confidence that our side was being handled with complete professionalism and dedication.

11/10

Very straightforward and no hassle approach. Friendly and helpful. My purchase flew through in very quick and was looked after extremely professionally by Emma. Thank you again

Overall a very good conveyancing service from Annabel and Maja - supportive, helpful, patient and effective. On occasions advice could have been provided a little earlier, but wouldn't have changed the outcome. Happy to recommend.

It's a difficult & emotional situation to be selling your late parent's house. Annabel & Maja couldn't have been more polite and helpful completing the whole process smoothly & professionally.

Shona Arnold reflects what all house Buyers and sellers need. Excellent communication, so easy to fill the forms and extremely proficient- which made my experience so easy I have to share it. Selling and buying used to be full of ‘black holes’ of communication and a feeling of …is this ever going to end- not with Shona. I am grateful for the expert advice and the way it is communicated. Little things like; quick acknowledgement of emails, telephone calls answered and excellent due diligence. I can’t thank you enough and would only use Shona.

Maja and Annabel were incredibly helpful and communication throughout the process was excellent.

Would highly recommend

We used Hayward Moon Solicitors for our sale and purchase and honestly can't fault them. We'd been told to expect 12 weeks plus for the process, but Kirsty and her team pushed it through from start to finish in 8 weeks — a huge difference, and they kept us in the loop at every stage to make sure nothing stalled. No chasing them for updates, no vague "we'll get back to you" silence that you sometimes get with solicitors. They explained what was happening and why at each step, so we never felt like we were in the dark or that things were drifting.
Would use them again without hesitation and have already recommended them to family, friends and colleagues.

Fantastic service from Hayward Moon. John and his team (Bury St Edmunds office) acted professionally and efficiently, we could not fault the service we received for two house sales and one purchase. Thank you !

Excellent service
