Hayward Moon Anmeldelser

We used Hayward Moon to deal with a sale and a purchase of a property. Kaylee and Karen have been first class. The process was very efficient and speedy and stress free which was fantastic! The initial portal was easy to use which saved a lot of time filling in forms. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and in fact we have used them before. They were also recommended to us by our Estate Agent. Thank you for a first class service and for making our move happen.

Hayward Moon Solicitors were an excellent choice to complete our hassle free buying of the property that we have now purchased, I have dealt with Solicitors firms many times over many years , but in my opinion ( Hayward Moon ) were a step above and we would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to likewise customers.

Hayward Moon dealt with my somewhat tricky house purchase and transfer extremely well completing as quickly as practicable. The agent who dealt with me was exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough. I strongly recommend this company.

We recently used John and Linda at Hayward Moon to manage the conveyancing of a property we were selling. We had previously used them when we were buying a property. On both occasions we were very happy with the service we received. We would have no hesitation in recommending them.

We appointed John to act for our sale and purchase, having seen Hayward Moon advertised in a brochure from Sheridans estate agent, and were glad we did.

We really appreciated being able to contact John directly, which made getting responses to our queries straightforward, and he was always quick to respond.

Right from the start everything was clearly set out, about the charges and the process.

Having to make a decision whether to break our chain was made easier with John’s advice.

Thank you for helping us get to the end point, much appreciated.

Exceptional and professional service from start to finish. John and Linda are a dynamic duo to be reckoned with, Jo and Christina also helped ensure a smooth process. Not my first time using Hayward Moon and likely not my last.

Absolutely brilliant company! Would have no hesitation in recommending them. From start to finish they were totally committed to giving you the best service. Always happy to advise and give you information. Well done Zoe and Sammy! You made house selling and buying which is considered one of the most stressful things you can do a lot easier.

I cannot HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company enough.
My sister and I were out of our depth, many times, but Karen Skene at Hayward Moon guided us through the whole procedure which made it all feel seamless.
She helped us with professionalism and expert knowledge, but at the same time was very patient, friendly and approachable.
I would give 10 stars if I could.

From start to finish I can not recommend Hayward moon enough . Katie was our go to lady , she was kind helpful and very informative at all times. She was always on the case for us and nothing was too much trouble . She was always at the end of the phone or email . Extremely professional and a credit to you . Thankyou

Hayward Moon have provided an excellent service in helping us to buy our first property. They replied promptly to any questions we had and were very efficient at getting the process completed at a quick pace. We could'nt be happier with the service they have provided which meant that our first home was completed in under 3 months. We would especially like to thank Debbie and Lynne for all their help with the process.

We were recommended to Hayward Moon from our estate agent for the property we were purchasing, Shireen has been very good at communicating throughout the process and answering all of our questions! They are not the cheapest, but worth the extra money! You pay for what you get!! Thank you all, I will be coming back to you for my next purchase.

Absolutely superb needed to complete within 56 days as bought from on line auction and they smashed it in plenty of time the staff are so friendly and respond so quickly to email queries thank you once again will be using again

Selling property is a stressful experience but we felt confident through the process in the hands of Shona from the Bury St Edmunds branch. She was prompt and thorough during all the to-ing and fro-ing and we would highly recommend her services.

We found all staff very helpful and informative throughout the sale process
Excellent service

Katie at Hayward Moon has been great helping with our house sale. These things always seem to take longer than you'd expect, but she has made sure the buyer has got all they needed so we can complete.
We found the online onboarding portal quite a faff, but I suspect this is standard these days, so it was great to have a named person to deal with when we had queries. It was really helpful for Hayward Moon to be able to deal with the sale remotely, with all requirements for ID and evidence able to be competed online, while knowing they were local to the house and estate agents at the same time.

I was very impressed with the responsiveness and proffesionalism of Ami.

Ami would always reply promptly, and kept me up to date on all progress.
I was very pleased I chose to use Haywood Moon.

Kerryanne was excellent throughout and the overall experience was smooth and effiecient, even through the inevitable stressful patches of the conveyancing process.

Zoe and samantha have been brilliant right from the start to the finish keeping me updated all the time used them in my sale and I am using them with my new purchase would highly recommend thank you both

We honestly couldn’t recommend Jason Burton highly enough! He was our conveyancing solicitor for our house move and was absolutely incredible from start to finish.

Jason made what could have been a really stressful process feel so easy and straightforward. He was incredibly responsive, kept us updated throughout, chased other solicitors when things were dragging, and always made us feel like everything was completely under control.

Moving house was stressful enough without having to constantly worry about the legal side of things, and Jason took so much of that stress away for us. He went above and beyond and was genuinely brilliant to deal with.

We would 100% recommend Jason to anyone looking for a conveyancing solicitor. Thank you so much for making our house move so much easier! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the second property I have purchased using Hayward Moon, and once again I received excellent service throughout. The team kept me well informed and made the whole process straightforward. Kaylee and Karen have been especially helpful, responsive and reassuring, always taking the time to answer my questions and keep everything moving. I am a very happy repeat customer and would not hesitate to use Hayward Moon again or recommend them to others.
