I was met by Sabina who immediately…
I was met by Sabina who immediately knew the hotel I was looking at. She took me through the flight and room options and I chose the ones that suited me best.
Sabina then ttold me about seat bookings, caar parking and the private ransfer that was needed. She was most helpful and gave me all the options and costs associated with them. I booked there and then. Haays and Sabina cannot be faulted.

As soon as we walked through the door we we're invited to take a seat and say what we were looking for.
As we weren't too sure that wasn't easy.!
However the young lady who helped us couldn't have been kinder, helpful and understanding, and found the perfect holiday for myself and my friend, both elderly ladies.
