I went in with a clear idea of what I wanted. The lady that served me was able to get everything I wanted and more. She was very efficient and even checked the trains from Charles de Gaulle to Disneyland. I was going to sort my own insurance but she showed me the quote with Hayes and it was very reasonable, so added this too. All done quickly and efficiently. Thank you

Very helpful and pleasant staff. New shop in Workington is lovely. Well set out and spacious. Gives a bit more privacy when discussing holiday and payments etc. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had very specific things we wanted and had not considered a different airport or airline. However Rachel planted the seed and we decided to go with her recommendations after taking her advice to have a look. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and best prices found.

Rachel went above and beyond. She was fabulous and found us an amazing deal.
She asked lots of questions and knew exactly what we wanted from our family holiday. She was knowledgeable and professional and a pleasure to book with.

Rachel was extremely helpful in finding us a suitable holiday at short notice, and also suggesting if I downloaded the Lidl app we would get a £65 refund. She kindly took my phone and did it for me.I think she went above and beyond the call of duty, but have found previously that Hays staff always do.

We booked a family holiday with Hays…
We booked a family holiday with Hays travel in July, 16 of us and Hays managed to get us all in the same hotel which is a feit in itself.
We have now just booked a cruise and stay through Hays and very pleased with the outcome.
