Best Travel Agent Experience We Have Ever Had
The Manageress Laura helped us book 2 bucket list holidays - 1 to Thailand and 1 to Canada. She spent hours putting itineraries together for us, never making us feel rushed, or giving the impression that she was bored. She gave us 100% of her attention and honestly seemed to love the job that she was doing. All the other staff members were equally as attentive to their customers. Brilliant team.

Everything was explained perfectly in ways we could understand. The person we dealt with (Calvin)explained everything thoroughly. We were most impressed with his knowledge of all things travel. It was first class.

Got the cruise I want at a good price. Booked efficiently. Could do with more staff, as short wait to be seen. But made up for short wait once seen.

My travel agent, Natasha, Telford Branch, was absolutely amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She was exceptionally helpful and friendly. When l go to book a holiday l try my best to go to her as she makes me feel very at ease.

Great advice and support
We knew where we wanted to go and were guided with the best route and hotel for our short stay. We were shown various hotel options and the agent gave us his knowledge and expertise to add to the descritions in the advertising material.
An overall easy process to follow and support as needed but no pressures.

Had a great laugh and enjoyed the experience
After a small wait, got seen and looked at two cruses when back home and showed the wife, and we went back to book the cruse to Barbados rest of the Caribbean cruse.

A warm welcome
A warm welcome as we entered the building. Helpful in finding the cruise that we wanted to book. The assistant needed to ask someone else about some questions we had but that was ok. Straightforward booking and setting up payment.
