We had an amazing experience booked in branch and I don’t think you can beat them on price even booking online directly with the travel companies. We check the price when we got home. It was a lot cheaper booking with Hayes.

We’ve always booked with co-op travel…
We’ve always booked with co-op travel so this year I thought we’d give Hays Travel ago. The service we got when we walked through the door was outstanding. The guy who helped us was called Calvin. He was very helpful and asked us everything about what we liked and what we was looking for. He went through all our requirements and was very friendly. We walked out with the holiday we wanted and are really looking forward to going on. We would definitely recommend Hays Travel and the Telford store. Thank you again Calvin x

Laura was very helpful
Laura was very helpful, gave us great info. ( Plus we didn't know Hays did carparking?.) It was great to have everything done in one visit. Normally we send hours trying to book car parking. We shall be back in the future for Laura to book other holidays. This is the 3rd time we have used Hays Travel. We definitely will be back plus recommend family and friends to Hays Travel. Thought i was getting a good deal
Thought i was getting a good deal, only to find out i could have booked the holiday for £70 cheaper myself when i got home. Then got told on the phone i would have to pay to cancel the holiday so felt scammed to some extent. If you can book holidays online yourself, I don't see the point in this company as they just use the same booking platforms and then charge you to do it for you. Wish I was aware of this before I went in.

I am sorry that you have felt the need to leave a 1 star review and I have attempted to call you to discuss this further. As a member of my team relayed in an email to your partner, we act as an agent on behalf of the Tour Operator, and when booking with an agent you are utilising our excellent customer service we provide, the management of all documentation and tickets and a person to assist you should anything go wrong.
We as an agent are bound to abide by all tour operator's terms and conditions the same as a direct customer, and unfortunately should you wish to cancel a tour operator will always retain a deposit or a greater amount.
I am disappointed that you felt the need to leave a 1 star review as you stated via email that you were incredibly happy with the service you received in store by my Travel Consultant.

We came into Hays Travel to get help and advice, the agent we chose was a trainee, but she didn't let us down she made sure that we got the best deal for us, when she wasn't sure she asked ensuring us if a brilliant service and it also ensured us returning to Hays Travel agency
