Very welcoming as soon as you walk through the door. Happy,friendly and of good humour 😊 feel less anxious knowing everything has been sorted and we have all knowledge of what we need to know. Have used this company a few times now, love the personal touch rather than online.

I popped in to enquire about a trip…
I popped in to enquire about a trip we’d seen on e mail and got an arm and friendly response from Caitlyn. She quickly grasped hat I was asking gir and said she’d make enquiries and get back to me. She did get back to me later that day with the exact package that we were wanting . We booked in store the following day it seemed quite complex tying up all the details between different elements but we were closely involved in all the decisions and she was very happy to answer our questions.

We wanted to go Switzerland but couldn’t find what we wanted. We went to Teignmouth branch and were met by Caitlin, she did her utmost to find us the holiday of our dreams. We can not fault the service we were given. A big thank you to Caitlin.
