Graham arranged a 14 day Alaska trip for us. It involved using Avios points to get us to the US, overnight stays and connecting flights on the outbound and inbound journeys, as well as linking up with the trip. All done in two days during which time we were kept informed at every step, as well as having numerous adjustments made. Completed with the patience and knowledge that we've come to expect.
