Excellant booking with Hays
Claire was friendly but very professional. After spending an hour with us the first visit, going through numerous cruises, we decided they weren't what we wanted, she gave us other options. After a bit of research on our part we went back to the shop and booked Benidorm instead. Overall the booking process was an excellent experience.

Luck visit
Luckily, we knew Beth from years back and she was very helpful in accessing the holiday that we (awkward as we are) wanted. She did not find it easy but with patience and mindful of our requests she did find a suitable holiday. She was also very knowledgeable about our passports conditions
(which,to our horror, needed renewing)

Excellent service from Mia in Stourbridge branch.
We normally have Beth to deal with us, who has always been excellent, but she was on leave.
It's obvious that all in Stourbridge branch are Excellent. They always take the time to ensure the customer is totally happy with all elements of their holiday booking.
