What can I say ,absolutely A+ customer service. Donna was the lady that helped us book our 1st cruise , she was very attentive to what we wanted and didn't want, giving us good advise, tips and information to really help us get what we really wanted from our cruise, she couldn't have been any more help if she tried , I Highly recommend Hays travel in Shanklin All so friendly and helpful 😊

Nikki, the agent serving me was brilliant. I gave her a wide spec for a holiday for me and my friend, she found us a great holiday, great price, she was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. This is the 2nd time I've been to this shop in Shanklin and will recommend it to anyone looking for a holiday.
