Staff friendly and really helpful. Explained all i needed too know, checked if anything could be cheaper if I moved days about. And ensured that I could ask anything before I left for my trip. The staff know me as I've been using your company for more years than I can count, and they have always been so helpful, not only 2me, but I've listened too the way they helped other customers. My only sad point you don't do luggage tabs anymore 😕 😪. You should invest in a reusable tag, so it advertising your company, i would pay for a luggage tag (£1). Thanks for your service.

Helpful, friendly and perfect holiday booked

Staff have beenvsi helpful when I had to cancel a cruise through I'll heslth. Now ready again and once again they went the extra mile to make sure I had a great next Cruise. So impressed I have made another booking (back to back).
