Brilliant
We were seen very quickly by a very nice lady called Kara. She was extremely helpful and patient catering to all our needs. We were with her quite a long time deciding what we wanted and even got a drink. All in all perfect.

Helpful and friendly staff but invoice needs more transparency
Staff were very helpful in sorting our holiday out.
I could have done with a more accurate breakdown of what we were paying for with the package we had as the hotel cost £900 more than if we booked it ourselves. When asked why the big difference the member of staff said that it was ATOL protected. Just seems rather a lot.
