Super helpful!
Have used Hays Travel twice now. They made the process of booking a recent short break to Milan so quick and easy, saving so much time and effort of trying to choose and book everything separately myself, and giving peace of mind too. I walked in and there was no queue, and a super helpful and friendly agent who arranged everything with me in around 15 minutes. There’s no charge (as presumably they are paid to help sell the holiday products they market). So, amazing value and highly recommended.

As always an excellent service
We went in knowing where we wanted to go and when. Kara was as helpful as she always is (we book all our holidays with Hays) in no time she had found the perfect accommodation and flights. We were a bit fussy about the flight times and airport but she found the perfect solution.
