Hays Travel - March Anmeldelser 

Haven't used a travel agent for about thirty years, as I have always booked flights/trips online, but decided we'd go to Hays on this occasion. We were greeted by friendly faces, we knew where and approximately when we wanted to go and which resort, but undecided between a couple of hotels. Our booking was sorted by Ellie. Nothing was too much trouble... Very pleased with the service and assistance we received (and thank you for the tea and coffee)

Cassie was most efficient listening to exactly what we were looking for in a holiday. She was professional polite & very pleasant would definitely recommend using this small travel agent in March & would definitely ask for Cassie again

Absolutely incredible service in the March shop! Me and my best friend were planning our travelling on our gap year, and so used the travel agents originally to get more information but ended up fully planning and booking our holidays. Sophie was absolutely amazing and assisted with so many things, much further than she would have had to and made it such a comfortable environment for us to be in. Even when things ‘went wrong’ (very minor mistakes which were easily fixable and not a big issue at all) she was just one phone call away and it got resolved instantly so there was no stress at all during the whole process. Our experience was absolutely great from the actual holidays to the assistance in booking them to now being so excited with no stress! I couldn’t recommend more

went into the shop today, was served by a trainee (sorry cant remember her name) but was soon joined by the shop manager Sophie Hipperson who guided her through the process of the booking, giving her a lot of advice and tips along the way. Sophie also gave us a lot of advice concerning our holiday. The whole process was done very professionally, with a few laughs. A great service, well done,

Quick and efficient

We called at our local Hays Travel in March on Saturday 4th January to enquire about a family trip to Dubai . We had never booked through Hays previously …. All I can say is …… it must of been fate !! We were greeted by Sophie who had lived in Dubai for 10 years with her family . Her knowledge and enthusiasm was second to none …. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble … she went above and beyond to get us the best price she possibly could . She even opened the premises 30 mins early on Sunday morning to discuss the holiday package before we booked . Sophie had used her own personal time to list all the “ must do “ activities and details of them . We cannot thank her enough for her expertise, friendliness and professionalism. We will certainly be booking through Hays again ! Thank you Sophie …. I really hope Hays Travel realise how amazing you are ! What an asset to their company you are.

I chose to use Hays Travel in March due to other reviews, which praised the manager, Sophie. Now I know why. Sophie spent a lot of time with me trying to arrange a Mediterranean cruise, with which we were both struggling due to the lack of availability in both 2025 and 2026.
I then contacted the Hays cruise department to see if they were able to help any further, with them supposedly being cruise experts. I was surprised they only came up with one cruise that may have been acceptable and when this wasn’t suitable they suggested a cruise costing over £18,000 despite me already telling them I was only prepared to pay up to £14,000. This was obviously totally pointless and I got the impression they didn’t really care.
However, in the meantime Sophie had spent more time investigating the matter. She got back in touch with several other options within my price bracket, for which I was very grateful as she could quite have easily not looked into this any further, when I left the shop.
With Sophie’s help and hard work we have managed to book a cruise for next year, which we are very excited about as it will be our first cruise.
I also found the other staff at Hays in March very helpful and I will definitely be using them again, probably to book a trip to Asia in 2026 as they were very knowledgeable regarding this.
I can’t recommend Sophie and her staff enough. Thanks again.

The speed of my booking after initial enquiry, nothing to much trouble

Booked in March office, staff were very helpful, managed to provide me with great deal. Paperwork done, passport's done.
