Helpful, polite and caring interested attitude

Great service , answered all our questions and were very thorough.

Customer service and prompt replies to requests and emails.

We have now booked two trips with Hays March in six weeks.
The second one was unfortunately cancelled in less than 24 hours, (not Hays fault). There was no stress, Sophie repcosted and rebooked without any fuss.
Sophie and her colleagues are a good advert for using travel agents and not the Internet.

The 2 girls Sophie & Chloe were amazing. So friendly, extremely patient lol and out of all other travel agents found us an amazing holiday. Will definitely come back to them again.

Haven't used a travel agent for about thirty years, as I have always booked flights/trips online, but decided we'd go to Hays on this occasion. We were greeted by friendly faces, we knew where and approximately when we wanted to go and which resort, but undecided between a couple of hotels. Our booking was sorted by Ellie. Nothing was too much trouble... Very pleased with the service and assistance we received (and thank you for the tea and coffee)
