We always book our holidays with Hays Travel, Killingworth and usually have the pleasure of being looked after by Julie Rickerby. She is absolutely brilliant, friendly, and very professional. We know when we book with her everything will be perfect. The other staff are also great and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else but Hays Travel Kilingworth. It's a great place to book any trip with confidence.

Booked with Ali for a short trip to Malta. Very happy from start to finish, Ali is friendly and chatty and was a pleasure dealing with her.

Booked a holiday to Thailand through Hays travel Killingworth with the lovely Ali!! She was amazing!! She couldn’t have done enough for us!! She organised everything for us!! We wanted to do this ourselves but didn’t have a clue where to start!! We give Ali destinations where we wanted to go and she came back with what we wanted!! She was so helpful and so chatty which was lovely!!..we would definitely recommend Hay’s travel as we book through them a lot but we would definitely recommend Ali as your travel agent!! She was so amazing and so friendly!!…but most of all she listened to what we wanted and catered for us for our holiday !!

I would highly recommend Hays Travel and especially Lynsey and Stephanie, who have both gone above and beyond to help us book our New York trip.

We had quite a few issues along the way with quotes, flight availability and prices changing, and at times it felt like we were getting nowhere. However, the girls never gave up. They worked incredibly hard to find us exactly what we wanted and kept searching until they found the right package for us.

Stephanie even managed to secure free baggage for us, which was a lovely extra and very much appreciated. Nothing was too much trouble, and throughout the whole process they were friendly, patient, professional and determined to get us the best deal possible.

I’ve booked many trips with this branch over the years and also have a Mexico holiday booked with them. The service is always outstanding, and that’s why I keep coming back.

We went to have a look at some holiday destination not knowing where we would like to go .
The manageress could not have been more helpful she spent a lot of time with us to make sure we had the wright package. Definitely will use hay again
