Gemma, was brilliant getting flights and our preferred accommodation for a multi city holiday to Canada. The price was better than booking on line so gold stars all around!!

We knew what we wanted before we entered the shop. Price was matched no problem with the one on line. Overall, we found them helpful and pleasant with any questions we had and it was much easier to book face to face.

We always book our holidays with Hays Travel, Killingworth and usually have the pleasure of being looked after by Julie Rickerby. She is absolutely brilliant, friendly, and very professional. We know when we book with her everything will be perfect. The other staff are also great and we wouldn't dream of going anywhere else but Hays Travel Kilingworth.
