Every time I go into Hays Travel I get a warm welcome. Whatever holiday I'm interested in they are very helpful, if the don't know about something they will find out immediately for you.
Would recommend that you visit this shop instead of going online, it's much better.

Hazel and all staff are very welcoming and friendly. Hazel helped me and my friend choose our holiday to Rhodes. She sent an email suggesting various hotels and helped us to book the one we have chosen. Looking forward to our holiday next year. Me and two friends have just been to Hays travel to book our holiday. Janice, the assistant who helped us find our holiday, took the time to find out what suited the three of us and found us the perfect holiday in Greece. So thank you Janice for all your help.

We've booked again!
On a cool and miserable September day we entered into a cosy store and were welcomed by Janice. She was very friendly and went above and beyond to find our holiday. She was very knowledgeable and helped with everything including help with my mobility issues. This is our second holiday with Hays and can't fault anything, keep up the good work!
