Excellent customer service from Yvonne in the Johnstone shop who worked so quickly to make sure our whole family, who were all on separate bookings could get booked into the same accommodation that we wanted. Thank you so much Yvonne!

Jillian - provides great customer service
Saw an offer pop up on Facebook so called them to get more info - a lovely lady called Jillian assisted me on the call and then by email where I proceeded with booking - loved the fact they send you a secure link to pay deposit and very much look forward to going on the trip next November - would definitely book with Hays travel again based on the good service received

Outstanding service and advice
I popped in to ask about the possibility of booking a surprise new year break in Spain for my wife and I. As I was the only customer the two agents in the shop both became involved in finding me the perfect holiday. They also gave me some invaluable advice on breaking the news of the holiday to my wife as the flight outward was very close to Xmas day.
Very friendly personal service. Based on my experience I will be sure to use Hays Travel again in the future.

We have been booking with hays travel in Johnstone for years. We are 100% satisfied. We had a few places we wanted to go on holiday but were unsure. Abbie was very helpful and quickly found the best deal for us. Thanks again for everything.
