Fantastic service by Sophie in Ipswich branch
The service from start to finish was fantastic, Sophie in the Ipswich branch was a pleasant and well mannered member of staff, she is an assist to the hays travel team, Sophie answered all are questions and helped us with setting things up for are holiday to alcudia .

Great Service - booking was made easy at every step. Ele S was fantastic, she assisted in researching multiple options, made enquires with the hotels and answered countless questions (all with patience and good humour)! The wider team offered helpful input on locations, based on personal experiences. Would definitely recommend.
