Fantastic advice when booking our Trip from Lauren regarding Euro Disney.

A very fuss free and easy booking via messaging
A very easy and clear way to book our Christmas Markets City getaway. Saw it advertised. Asked for details. Samantha messaged straight away with all the details, gave us a price and we booked. No pressure. She was polite, quick to respond and took all the faff away by being clear in her responses to our questions. Looking forward to December in Colmar. Thanks Samantha!

Amanda at Hays in Horsforth offered excellent customer service. She was so patient and professional answering all my questions before booking. She continued with the booking way after ‘closing time’ to ensure my party got exactly what we wanted. Well done, definitely recommend
