Booked a holiday with Hays last week
Booked a holiday with Hays last week. The young lady we saw was a year into her training. She did well but could have been improved with more eye contact and sharing the screen more. She was unable to print off holiday details that we were interested in (unsure why). Printed details off once booked.

Made the entire process so easy, no question was too much trouble and Amanda couldn’t do enough for me. I cannot recommend this branch enough. Amanda truly went above and beyond, even letting me know the things I have to do beforehand (Visas etc) just to check I am all prepared. Amazing service in every way😆

Getting there
I am not yet a seasoned traveller, so I appreciate the expertise that the staff have developed overtime. The Booking process is smooth and efficient which I appreciate due to my lack of experience and expertise in the field.
