The staff at Horsforth branch have always been brilliant. Very knowledgeable, my holiday was all booked in very quickly and my payment plan set up straight away with all the necessary confirmation issued to me immediately. Thank you Amanda 🙂

We have just booked next year’s holiday with the help from Amanda.
Amanda went above and beyond for us to make sure we got the holiday we want. She was so patient with us as she navigated through all our requests and changes we made.
Though we live quite a distance away we will always get Amanda to book our holidays

Absolute wonderful Tracy helped me and my family find a perfect holiday for us for 2027 .. we have not been aboard for few years and Tracy made it quick easy and stress free for us. Also can have bit of laugh and natter about the place which made us more excited to go! Thank you

Prague 2027
I saw the deal for Prague late yesterday evening. After making a few enquiries I booked this amazing deal. Would like to say the whole process was so easy. This was largely due to Amanda. She took time out to explain everything and set up my direct debit and then e mailed me all information. Would definitely book again.
