Hays travel agency hedge end are all amazing staff!! They are all helpful and kind, plus they never rush your holiday booking. I always see one travel agency name (Nicki) for quite a few years. she has so much patience!! and so kind!! Plus always gives us the best itinerary. Easy way to book a holiday
This is the second holiday we have booked with Hays travel hedge end , they don’t rush you they sort everything out for you so all you have to do is enjoy the holiday,the staff are all very friendly and as we are both disabled they arrange all the assistance you need at the airport and put requests to the hotel for you.it makes the whole process very easy, all thanks to Nicola😄

Nothing was too much trouble for Mollie at your Hedge End branch. All the staff there are friendly, helpful and professional. We are not always good with technical advancements but Mollie helped us with the cruising app. Have used your travel agent so many times and will continue to do so.
