A real pleasure to deal with
The staff were genuinely very nice, friendly and very informative. It was Mia who I dealt with, and she even arranged my euros currency. Unfortunately I didn’t get the name of the lady sat next to her, who was also very informative and gave me advice and recommendations on the destinations I would be going to, as she had been to those places herself.

We went in with a list of things we did and didn’t want and within 30mins, we had a holiday booked, that ticket the boxes.

Mia was so helpful and very informative regarding the holiday we booked. Nothing was too much trouble.All staff were very pleasant and polite telling us to just pop in if we have any questions about our holiday. I would 100% recommend Hays travel.

Walked into the branch told the sales rep everything I was interested in, she booked everything with full explanations and price of the extra excertions, came out fully satisfied and happy with what we’d booked,

Hayes Tavel - a five star service.
We went in not sure of exactly what we wanted and what options were available Mia listened and gave us the time and space to consider the information she provided. She was friendly and knowledgeable and so patient (as we are not the most decisive of couples). We were able to relax as we were provided with all the information we needed to make an informed choice which made for a very positive experience. We were very, very impressed and so pleased we had gone into the Halesowen branch. All of the staff in branch that day were lovely. We came out of the branch so excited at booking the holiday of a life time. The service from Mia was 1st class and we would highly recommend Mia. We would certainly go back to book through Hayes again.

Less than positive experience.
Update on our review, Victoria called to apologise and we discussed our concerns. I did say we would have bought our spending money with Hays for our cruise this year, but after the unsettling visit previously we have bought elsewhere. Was also looking at a trip for 2027, but we will have to think about whether we book through Hays. However I have amended from 3 stars to 4 as the effort to rectify the situation has been made.

Firstly, I would like to explain that on the P&O website, we are required to ask guests for their preferred bedding option. The first option is a twin bed, followed by a queen bed as the second option. We ensure this is asked of all customers so that the arrangements are suitable for your cruising holiday.
Regarding your experience with our staff, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service, and I sincerely apologise if you feel this standard was not met during your interaction.
