Shopia was excellent, even when we kept changing our minds. Her communication was 5* and she listened to what we needed from the holiday and found ot within our budget.

Good Overall Service
Apart from not taking my phone number during initial enquiry and taking down email address incorrectly this could have saved a 4 hour delay by which time the holiday had gone up. However, once I made contact again this was resent, decision made in 5 mins and called and booked. Good service and friendly staff well done and good experience. Ensure you take all customer contact details when they first contact you in regards to enquiries

Outstanding staff
The staff are outstanding. So helpful, polite and knowledgeable. We always deal with Tegan (Cleveley's branch). This is never an issue with Tegan or staff, they are all so accommodating.
