Iona and Charlotte with the two brilliant ladies that sorted my holiday to Thailand for next April they worked very hard and got me the best deals the perfect hotels and why we were still booking the holiday we were still having a laugh. I enjoyed spending time in your travel agents laughing and joking and they will do all the hard work so I will take my hot off of those ladies you work very hard and I’m very happy with what they have chosen for me and my brother so thanks again. Give them a pat on the back Steve and Paul.

Charlotte at Broughton branch was fantastic, extremely patient and honest, nothing was too much trouble, eventually settled on Mijas and all booked. Super customer service, will book with Hays again.
