Emma was extremely pleasant made the booking a very easy process.

Unfortunately my experience with Hays Broughton has been somewhat lacking. Having spoken to a member of staff (a man, don’t recall his name) I was promised a call back with possible holidays. He did not call me back so I chased it up a couple of days later. I spoke to a lady who again promised to get the original staff member to call me back. She said she would call me herself if he was unable to. I’m still waiting for a call back 5 days later!
Won’t be wasting my time there again, they obviously don’t need the customers!
Poor customer service!!

The service in Haye, BROUGHTON is always exceptional. I’ve known Charlotte who served me yesterday for quite a few years, she’s lovely, friendly, helpful and does a great job. It took a while to find the holiday we were looking for and to book it but she was patient and thorough. All the staff are great and I appreciated the two cuppas I had whilst I was there too 😊

Team in store were friendly and knowledgable. Were able to guide us in picking the right hotel.

We went to Hays travel agent Broughton, 3 times couldn't commit straight away as had to wait for hubby to finish work before committing hence the 3 visits. We dealt mainly with Dan for all visits and he was great, couldn't do enough for us. Had a bit of banter with him, great. All the staff are great there will definitely go back. On the 17th July we finally made a decision and booked. YEAH.

Excellent service

Relaxing and fruitful experience. Got the best deal and most suitable for our purpose in the friendly atmosphere. The only thing missing was an offer for a nice cup of tea or coffee.

First time using Hayes travel, I can honestly say a great experienceGreat communication, great deal for taking my family to Japan would highly recommend and will now be using for further holidays in the future

This is my 3rd holiday booked with Hays travel, fantastic service every time. Won’t go anywhere else now.

Excellent service - very personal but thankfully without the usual "I know someone who went there" . Very friendly and although things were a little complicated, it was completed extremely efficiciently.

Chloe was extremely helpful, searched everything we asked of her, until she found the best offer available for our benefit. She was very professional.

As always Emma and staff were excellent in finding us a suitable holiday location and hotel

Absolutely brilliant! Aleah was so professional but very personal with everything, we had such a laugh through the whole phone call, she is a credit to the company.

From when I went into store the lady who I seen was ready to assist me she was very efficient very helpful and got my holiday booked smoothly could not recommend hays travel enough

My recent dealings with the Broughton branch were extremely disappointing.
I initially called regarding an advertised Japan holiday deal priced at £1,280. The adviser I spoke with said she would call me back with further information, but I never received a return call.
I then contacted the branch again and spoke to a different member of staff, who claimed nobody could recall speaking with me previously (they took all my details and a contact number). He provided a higher price than the one advertised, which I was still prepared to accept. However, he advised that he was unable to make the booking and that someone would contact me the following day.
Natalie called me back as promised, but the price had increased yet again. When I explained that I would need some time to think about it, she abruptly ended the call.
Overall, the communication, customer service, and pricing experience were incredibly poor. Based on my experience with this branch, I would recommend travelling a little further and using a different Hays branch.
