I was not an easy customer in the fact that I changed the criteria once and then asked for several quotes for different hotels. But my customer advisor never once made me feel like I was a pain or that my requests were too much effort.

Gave good advice based on her own experience and knowledge of the area, which helped us make a decision on where to go for a city break.
Sharon gave us lots of information on what to do and how to get around the Island. It sounded so great we decided to go for 7 days rather than 4days.
