Carol rang me and even though it took her three hours to find the perfect one for me, she persisted until she found one that suited us. I can't say enough how fantastic she was. She was friendly, really helpful and made the process a lot easier for us. She is an asset to the company.

Just went in to enquire and walked out holiday booked
The lady we spoke with was very knowledgeable on the cruise we were looking for and took time to explain various things and her advice was immense. No question was a silly question as far as she was concerned and she took time to answer all questions. We had a little hiccup with our holiday booked through you with Easyjet. Brilliant service at Boscombe Hays…
Brilliant service at Boscombe Hays travel. We booked a safari, our first 'proper' holiday through a travel agent . Teshany guided us through the process, explaining all the options and answering our questions. It was an easy and enjoyable process. Shout out to Rosie and Maria as well who give the store such a welcoming atmosphere. We can't wait to book our next trip!!
