Always a very warm welcome when visiting Hays Travel in Bitterne. Whether you communicate via phone, email or in person you always get professional but personal service from them. They will always make sure they get the best deal they can for you. Everyone of the staff members are excellent, but I normally deal with Margi, who is 100% superb.

Our trip to Venice in March was wonderful. Our hotel perfectly situated on the grand canal with spectacular views. The journey ( always a concern) went well. Our taxi transport easily identified at Venice marci polo and the water taxi to our hotel the same. Margi at the Bitterne branch we cannot rate enough. She is thorough and professional.
