Our room was okay and the hotel was lovely, the restaurants were okay we had our favourites and one we would never go back to. The staff and Our butler went above and beyond she was amazing. we went for a special occasion. was excepting a treat in our room we didnt get it until i mentioned it to our butler and she sorted it.
Just to warn you the seaweed was Horrendous. Check what time of year to go if i knew how bad it was i would have gone later in the year.

Very disappointed
1. We booked that hotel through you because you said that there was adult section only within the hotel - Diamond Club. unfortunately that was not the case at all. when I asked my butler she told me there was no adult section. Just a section of the beach and a different part for the pool. So basically i paid all that money just to go to a hotel that was a family hotel . Wont be going back to the hotel EVER!!
2. We was also charged a damage fee which we was not told about $250 refundable if no damage to our room which there was not.( good job i had my credit card , dont usually bring that with me, otherwise it would of eaten into our spending / excursion money-which would of less us short)
3. Your Travel money card - I got charged every time i used it, i got charged every time i transferred money Wont ever be using your Travel money card again. I should of gone with what i know and used and taken my Monzo card wont make that error again.
One last thing Do your own research and not solely rely on the travel agent recommendation, even though we sat and look through it together . i think its best if you do your own research aswell.

We sincerely apologise for the misunderstanding regarding the Diamond Club. We did not advise that it was adults-only, as it is not. The Diamond Club includes access to private pool and restaurants, and we’re sorry for any confusion this may have caused.
We also understand your frustration about the seaweed, which can indeed vary depending on the time of year. While we can't control nature, we will make sure to include more information about this in our future recommendations to help guests plan accordingly.
We are sorry for the unexpected damage fee and any confusion with the Travel Money card. You should have been informed about the fee beforehand, and we can understand how this impacted your budget. We’re reviewing our communication processes to ensure all additional charges are explained clearly to avoid surprises like this in the future.
After looking into your concerns, it appears that the damage fee was not included in the errata provided by TUI, which we fully understand would have been disappointing, especially when you weren’t prepared for it. We sincerely apologise that this information was not made available to you before your trip, and we’ll be reaching out to TUI to address this issue so that future guests are fully informed about any additional fees prior to booking.
We appreciate your suggestion to do your own research in addition to relying on travel agents’ advice, and we take that onboard. Your feedback is invaluable, and we will make necessary improvements to our service to ensure a smoother experience for future customers.

Brilliant from start to finish
Brilliant from start to finish. Holly was our travel agent made us welcome offered tea and coffee as it takes a while to go though everything.
Kept us updated when we 1st made our enquiries on where we wanted to go, also when she was on a day off another member of staff answered any other info to what we needed.

My mum booked her cruise though hays…
My mum booked her cruise though hays travel agent Basingstoke a year ago, they done every thing for us as we had never been on a cruise before, when we went in to the shop the first thing we ask was for mum to have a disabled cabin and assisted boarding as she is wheelchair bound, the reply was yes we can do all that for you on the 24th of may this year we got in car down to Southampton for the adventure of a life time to Norway, that’s when it all went wrong we go to boarding to be told my mum can’t get on the ship as they didn’t know she was in a wheelchair and had not allocated her a safety chair in case of emergency,so we had to come back home my mum is 87 and this devastated her I did contact P&O did contact hays while we were in the terminal but got no where so I went in the shop the following day to speak to someone and was greeted with hello we have just done refresher training so thus does not happen again something I really didn’t need to hear,it had taken several phone calls and visits for me to get a refund for my mum and I’m still waiting on compensation as they only offer her £100 which is an insult seeing the stress and upset they have caused her,every time we went I checked that she had assisted boarding and got told yes everything in place but it wasn’t done someone ruined my mums holiday just by not pushing the right button and checking when ask if everything ok I will not use hays again
