Very Helpful service.
I spoke to Holly at your Basingstoke branch and received a very friendly service. Holly was prepared to go the extra mile to accommodate my husband’s and my needs. We both fall into the elderly branch of life and had specific requirements. I would highly recommend Hays Travel and Holly in particular.

Multi Resort Trip to Thailand
Booked a multi centre trip to Thailand we discussed our particular flight operators and type of hotel accommodation along with types of tours we liked. We left our requirements with Holly who came back to us in a few days with 3 detailed quotes.
We then returned to the office to tweak the final options and booked the holiday. Holly had listened carefully to all our requests and found us the perfect trip

Efficient, smooth.
My first visit was to meet Susanne who was extremely helpful, then met Jessica who booked everything smoothly and efficiently. Only disappointment was no mention of resort fees before actually sitting down and booking. On a 15k holiday it should have been cancelled.
