Milly! What a great asset to your company! I’m not even going on holiday, my son and his gf are. I met her today, she’s dealing with their holiday. She blew me away with the multi tasking! 1st Time Booker - Would use again
Booked with Suzanne and it was a breeze. We were looking for Villa Holidays in Cyprus and Suzanne understood exactly what we were looking for. Helped with holiday extras - lounge passes, car hire, and better flight times.

This is the first time my wife and I…
This is the first time my wife and I have booked a holiday abroad. Both of us have not been abroad in many years, so with being a little rusty with everything we decided to go to a travel agent, rather than book online.
Unfortunately, we did not get the name of the girl who dealt with us but I will say that she was fantastic! Extremely friendly and positive. We were sitting with her for well over an hour and she was so helpful and very informative. When we explained that we didn't really know what we were doing, she understood and sorted the whole holiday out for us. We got everything we asked for and all at a reasonable price.
We will definitely book through Hays Travel again in the future.
Hays Travel, if you find out the name of the girl who served us, please pass on our sincerest thanks and wish her all the best for the future😊
