Amazing value for money
I called up and asked for a Cheap deal for me and my kids, it was very last minute, Nicola found us an amazing deal and extremely cheap but very good value. Jet 2 holiday 4* to Lanzarote, we booked on the Saturday and flew in the Tuesday, Nicola was very efficient and all documents were with us within minutes, we were good to go. Will definitely book again with Hays.

Straightforward, honest, friendly service
This is our second time booking with Kay at hays, she makes the process really straight forward and has great knowledge. We have some restrictions due to travelling with adults with ASN and nothing is ever a problem.

We regret the incorrect information was noted at time of booking which was not an issue to correct. Disney have changed the format of their confirmations which our systems were unable to open which has been identified by our IT department and has now been corrected and we have sent your confirmation today by email .
