Jess was Great!
Jess, the consultant, was excellent. Her ability to understand our requirements was spot on, which made for a very easy decision. She has kept in touch throughout the process and , as with previous dealing with Hays Travel at Amesbury, all was handled in a friendly but professional manner.

Excellent service, the hotel and location I wanted wasn't available for the dates I wanted, Sharon in the Amesbury shop helped me find an alternative that I was very happy with and am looking forward to.

From the moment you walk into Hays…
From the moment you walk into Hays you're greeted with friendly faces and a warm welcome, l was looking for a holiday in Lanzarote and Sharon was exceptional in helping me, and in no time l was booked up, which was very expertly carried out and explained to me.
Sharon also helped me to set up the Ryan Air and the Hays apps on my phone which was of a considerable help, also she made it quite clear that if l had any problems or queries l could call her or just pop in and sort things out.
