Hays Amesbury always give excellent service and advice. They spend time with clients to ensure any booking is exactly what the client wants. Recently booked a last-minute cruise to the Fjords, and Sharon spent a lot of time getting us the right cabin.

The advisor was extremely helpful, she answered all my questions (and I had a few) she also gave me good advice and guidance. From enquiring about a holiday to the booking process I cannot fault.

Walk in to pick up travel docs for safari trip and just happened to ask Ellie did she have any last minute deals?, low and behold we are off to Bulgaria for a week in a couple of weeks.

Jess ensured that I had all the initial information I needed and printed some important paperwork out. She also assisted me with setting up the new Hays app.
Also checked I had currency for the trip and organised that on the same visit.
Taking the trouble to introduce the current special Hays sailings for Hays customers.
